I am writing on behalf of a friend. She is trying to log into her account which is a Jagex account. When she goes to log in she gets an ACCESS DENIED 1020 message. Which apparently is something to do with an ip address.
She is unable to contact support or put in a request for support through the Jagex support systerm because it will not even let her access that area.
How is she meant to contact Jagex for support??? There is no email address for Jagex and no phone number for Jagex.
This is a friend who has been playing RS for over 20 years.
