Jagex Accounts in Launcher

ive tried multiple times to login to my jagex account via the jagex launcher but with no success, i migrated both my main account and my "google button" account to my jagex accounts

im able to add my "google button" account, but when i tried to add my main but it says the info is incorrect, its almost like i can only use the buttons to login and not my jagex account or my main

Edit:
when i had first loged in with the "google button" account, it had totally skipped my mind but later i checked to see how to access my main in the launcher but only this account shows up

also, i can login to my jagex account on the website just not the launcher

also a note on the launcher, upon start up after making sure the internet is connected, the launcher crashes within the first few attempts with an error message,

ill have take a photo of it later, theres 2 errors that will show up, one if your not connected an the other if it crashes

The Jagex Launcher and 'Jagex Accounts' are two things.

The Launcher enables you to add multiple accounts accessed through one login (choose one of your original logins) then select which account you want to play. In essence, your separate accounts are still separate accounts but are linked together in the launcher.

If you upgrade to 'Jagex Accounts' your old logins become invalid . You set a new login and password then add your game characters (accounts). In essence, your old separate accounts become separate game characters, united under one account (one login).
