Logged out + auth on hop

Every time I go to hop worlds, my account is immediately logged out and told to re-enter my authenticator code. I saw a thread from 2021 in which it said this is an issue with my connection, and I believe it to be a connection issue as it only started yesterday (when we swapped providers.) The issue is, there was no solution offered in that thread, and I can't seem to find a solution that actually works. Does anybody know how to remedy this? The majority of pvm is now completely impossible due to the fact that I can't hop worlds.

I'm on a provided router, but I don't think it's a firewall issue. I tried deleting cache, logging in and then logging out, and reinstalling my client, but none of these have fixed my issue. I'm thinking RS is trying to figure out who I am because my IP changed, because this never happened on my previous ISP.

I should also add that I don't have any other clients open, I haven't logged into my account on any other device, I logged all sessions out on the Jagex webiste, and I can occasionally hop 2-3 worlds before getting booted from the game and told to re-enter my authenticator code. But half the time I can just click off the authenticator screen and login normally without entering the code.
