Not getting ranged xp (bug)

Im not getting ranged xp while training in the 4th floor of the strong hold of security. Im only getting 1xp per every 20 hp or so. I cant find where to reports the problem propperly. I need some help guys.

is this osrs or rs3?
What monster are you fighting?
Have you set combat xp to only ranged?

Wiki says shades in OSRS stronghold of security have drastically lower xp rates than outside of the stronghold. https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Shade Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
