Is there anyway to fix the garbage Jagex Launcher? I log into it and it doesn't show my characters. However I can still check and see that they are all linked. Previous threads I saw said log in and back out but I tried that repeatedly and nothing works.

Someone please help me or help me unlink all of my accounts from this broken trash

Did you ever log out of all of your accounts? Do that ... and once done ... restart Jagex Launcher as it could be possible that it awaits some updates. See if that helps.

Thanks but yeah I did that a few times and it didn't work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher and it still won't show my accounts. If I go to the jagex launcher page I can see all my connected accounts I just can't actually play them.

Did you create a Jagex Account or transfered a RuneScape Account to become a Jagex Account?
