I have been trying to work on my launcher but I get this every time.

Failed to contact the alias service
Read operation
Socket error

I uninstalled launcher and am trying to reinstall it but the phrasing above comes up.

Computer is a Dell Optiflex 7010, 16 RAM, 1TB hd.
