Can't install RS via Launcher

I'm having trouble installing RS from my Jagex Launcher application. I recently had to get a new laptop & reinstall everything. I reinstalled the Jagex Launcher & logged in. There's an "Install" button on that, which I assume installs the actual RS client/game. After I click it, I get to 7%, before receiving an error that states: ERROR, The launcher has experienced an error and needs to close, Process returned unknown error code.

I've tried reinstalling the Launcher to no avail. What can I do to fix/resolve this?
