To Whom This May Concern,

I recently died and spawned back in lumbridge. As I was returning back to my gravestone, moments after I clicked on 'loot gravestone' my game screen frozen entirely.

I exit out of the client and attempted to restart client, however I keep get the following message:

"Either your account is still logged in, or the last world you were using has become unavailable. Please try again later.

It has already been over half an hour now, I changed my password and forced stop to my active session.

Could someone please advise on next steps?

A number of players have reported this issue, and I believe it is something that is being currently looked into. If you remain patient and bear with Jagex, your account should be back in due course.
