Jagex Launcher problems

So i've used the jagex launcher now for a little while. Since I got back on my computer this moring, the jagex launcher made me re log in. Once I did my accounts are not there and I can't link them cause it is saying they are already linked. Also when the launcher is up it has no news, its just says "News unavailable. Please try again later." So not sure if the launcher is down or whats going on.

It seems to be an issue with Spectrum at the moment. I connected to my phones personal hotspot and everything works fine. switching back to my local wi-fi will make the issues reoccur. I had also run the CMD commands

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
