I am having the same issue upon logging in despite reinstalling the RS3 client and restarting my PC.

EDIT: They seem to have announced on the front page they're doing maintenance, fair enough :) 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

Having the same issue thought something was up with my PC today aswell see about maintenance on homepage and certain worlds being offline but I guess login servers are being worked on aswell? (assumption) i'm UK don't know about the rest of you. yes we need a jagex mod to reply somewhere regarding this would be helpful.
