hi all i'm trying to create a new character but when i click manage characters on my launcher my browser loads up and it constantly flashes on the i'm not a robot page then get both these log in error.......

Could've been a hiccup in the login server.

Try going to your account settings, then Jagex Account settings, then to your manage characters page and request a new character from there. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
