Game just constantly crashes no matter what the hell I do........I'll run fine for a bit, smoothly then out of nowhere the game will just choke up and the shitty client crashes with the "corrupted heap" error constantly, fighting raksha, other pvm or sometimes just banking will crash it....... this shit only happened after the release of zamorak, before that I ran perfectly alost never a crash and now it's constant, I cleared cache and reinstalled client several times lowered my settings and nothing works.......it's been nearly 4 months when are you gonna fix this asinine bull

Hey Armadylsfury,

Sounds frustrating, have you checked to make sure your graphics card is up to date? Running the SFC (System File Checker) on your PC could point out and restore any corrupted Windows files on your PC that could potentially be interfering.

Have you also tried to use the Jagex Launcher in the meantime, or do you still get the same error?

If all else fails, you can contact the billing team at the bottom of this support page:
Game crashes
Keep it fun, friendly, and helpful.

it's as far up todate as this thing can but otherwise I meet their specs but I still get this bullshit, MTXgex still hasn't fixed their spaghetti coded mess of a game. when the hell are they gonna do their damned overpaid jobs.

Have you considered this to be an issue on your end? Are you using a busted useless computer? An Asus from '06 running an 8 series won't run RS3 on Ultra.

Have you made sure your driver's are up to date? Maybe uninstall and reinstall them. Or check your RAM slots. I once had swapped ram sticks to eachothers spots and it fixed not being to play everquest back in the day, but that very well could have been a coincidence that it just worked after that..

If you are going to comment pointless assumptions, please refrain from giving your opinion to others, I run a 3070gtx on my pc, and I still have these kind of issues, it is extremely frustrating.

Glad you're the type to read the first twenty words of a reply and give your opinion on it. I simply stated that running out of date hardware can and will cause terrible issues as I know too many people personally that blame their games when in reality their hardware just can't handle what they want to play.

Next time the launcher crashes check your event viewer and post what you find. If you don’t know how to use event viewer you’ll need to look it up. The information contained in these logs could help determine where the issue is occurring.
