Hello,

I've got no idea how this happened, but overnight, dozens of my bank spaces disappeared; I didn't change anything to my membership or to anything else for that matter.

Any looking into this matter and resolving it is greatly appreciated. I made a screenshot of my bank btw, but I can't upload it here, I'm afraid.

Hi, use IMGUR to upload images here. Once you've uploaded, copy the numbers at the end of the url and add them to the end of [imgur src= ] for example [imgur src=12345.jpg) except you'll want to use a closing bracket, not parenthesis, I just did that to show how it works.

As for the lost item spaces, could it be that you had premier membership? that gives +100 and it goes away once premier runs out. This is a common problem around this time of year. Bob says:

Are you sure you're still on Premier? and that the remaining membership you have isn't from bonds or other membership? I made this mistake. I can't think of anything else :S Bob says:

Hello SLR,

I'm very sure, I just checked my account again and the membership is running until March 4th, 2023 15.36 hrs.
I always extend my premier membership after Christmas or even after New Year's day, last year I got an extra extension from Jagex due to not being able to log in for an extended period of time (months).
I have never bought my membership with bonds btw.

I hope some J-mod will be kind enough to explain to me what's the matter and as to what the problem is. Btw I indeed lost exactly 100 bank spaces!

This way I'm not able to play as I would like even though I've paid for my premier membership in full.

I would appreciate any help and explanation from a J-mod very much.
