Myself and my friend appear to have somehow found our accounts locked in-game. We cannot connect to the world we'd disconnected from, nor another world due to an active session.

Is there some way that we can get our accounts kicked and refreshed at all?

There's an ongoing issue with worlds in OSRS, and it is being looked in to.
