hey guys, first time poster here. yesterday i tried opening osrs and my game wouldnt load, it opens the first load bar but it stays at 0% and every once in a while an error message pops up saying " there was an error decoding configuration". i restarted my computer, updated it, redownloaded the game, updated java, and every website i looked up didnt work. i'm on an apple computer. my game worked fine the last month ive played but its just not working anymore and im so frustrated. i also cannot figure out how to email jaxex to find a solution. i hope one of you guys can help me!

hi apazos, thank you for responding! i tried all of these and none of them worked! i also forgot to mention that i'm currently without internet so i've ben using my phone hotspot to play, could that have anything to do with it?

It definitely could!

It may be worth checking again when you can access a WiFi network (or connect wirelessly)

EDIT: You could also try getting in touch with your mobile carrier to see what might be going on.
