My ironman is gone

I connected my ironman email to my jagex account, and it didn't bring the actual ironman with it. I couldn't find any information on this is the support page for either runescape or jagex. Any information would be appreciated.

Click on 'My Account' at the top of this page then the blue 'Jagex Account Management' button.
Then the blue 'Characters' button, then the blue 'Import Existing' button.
You should be able to import additional characters in there.
