Is it just me or is everyone having connectivity issues? Right now, every world is above 117 ping with most over 200. I can barely stay connected for more than a minute or two. Is this a runescape issue or a me issue? Also, worth noting my internet is fine everywhere else (youtube, netflix, ect..)

You could try resetting your router. Sometimes it helps as you may have a bad connection that just needs a refresh.

its not you its all of runescape. i have 700+ ping on every single world. Normal ping is 40.
Jagex servers are jacked up again like they always are, but the mods here will say OOOOH NO ITS NOT US ITS EVERYONE ELSE. fix your piece of trash servers jagex, this has been going on all of 2022. you get paid to do a job, do your job

Just after using my clans citadel for the first time in years, i was also having connection issues for some reason.

Oddly enough as soon as i left the citadel, the issues disappeared.
