Pc game and cell doesn't work

I've been in touch with mod's for well over a month now on my game for the PC not working but suddenly today I cannot log in at all for the cell to work either and I have no clue why. It won't even allow my to get into any other screen then my sign in name and that's it. I've taken it out of my phone and put it back in and now all it says is "Sign in" and nothing more. I have no way of playing the game now at all and I mean none.
