hi someone can help me?
i lost my authenticator and i try to disable it with email but everytime they send me the email an hour later what to do? every time i press on disable it tells me that link is expired please helpppppp

sorry for my english not american..

btw i think that the mistake might be that is i opened this account when i was a child like 10/12 years ago something like that and the mail i opened is a local mail not gmail or something like this so maybe it makes a delay or i dont know all i know is that i have the mail but everytime i press on the disable link it tells me that is expired please someone help me what can i do ?

So if I am reading your post correctly, you do have access to the registered e-mail, but you are receiving the e-mails too late? Can you please confirm whether you are still experiencing this issue or if it was a transient one? We have sometimes seen that e-mails go out slowly during hours of peak traffic or maintenance.
