Bonus XP not applying

I have used some fallen stars to add bonus xp to mining and smithing. Both started counting down the first day I applied them , but since then neither is being applied while I am performing the tasks. Is there an issue with the system? Did something change recently?

Is this occurring on your f2p account, or do you have a members account you're also using?

Normally, bonus xp can only be used on members worlds. Last weekend we had the Double XP Week and, typically in those events, f2p can use up their bonus xp; otherwise, its not usable except during special events, or being on a members world. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
