Huge CPU usage after teleport

After each teleport, my CPU usage skyrockets to 100% and freezes up my computer for around 20/30 seconds before I can play again. This started after last Monday's update (17th of October) . Haven't had any similar problems before that.

Problem is still not solved!! It's almost 8 weeks after the problem started, fix this already!!
