I'm having the same problem. Posted a bug report yesterday and no response. I hope they respond soon. About to quit this game all over.

Hey Def God99,

I've done some digging and this is most likely because of the RS3 game update on September 5th, 2022: FREE TO PLAY AREA GRAPHICAL UPDATES - THIS WEEK IN RUNESCAPE.

It must have something to do with the ground textures within that area.

Best to report it in-game and it should be fixed quickly.
