Hello, first of all, the mobile issues is just for members, so ive looked trough all topics and decided to post here, sorry.

On the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 the game resolution is low and very blurry. This is a common problem with the new Galaxy Fold 3 and its games. Many Publishers updated their Games to make and match the resolution sharp again for this new foldable big screen device.

i waited a couple months now in hope that maybe this will get fixed but it seems that it didnt get any fix, and i like runescape, so i want to report this problem now. (maybe jagex is not aware of this yet)

I copied that example report from the mobile issues thread:

Device name: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3
Model Number: SM-F926B/DS
Location: Switzerland
Wifi: Yes and no
Cellular: up to 5G
Data Provider: Switzerland
OS: Android
OS version: 11

Playtime (Approx): a couple months
Can it be reproduced?: Yes

Im not that active on here, this is my first post, ill check if this gets any reaction or something in probably a couple weeks again when i open my game on my Fold 3 to see if there is a fix yet for this.

EDIT:

- The UI is at its full resolution, its only the 3D Game Resolution that is low and blurry.
- The Graphics Settings are maxed out, still the 3D Game resolution is low

Yep, that would be good to know :)

If you have a graphics setting 'game scaling', make sure it's set at 100% (default) or higher.
It's worth looking around your client/mobile settings to see if it mentions anything about scaling, resolution or sharpening. A few screenshots might also help! Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Hello, I'm just finding this out for myself and found your thread here. Just wanted to let you know that I've found that if you open the game in the phones folded screen, log in and get through the lobby, then open your fold, the game resolution is crystal clear! I've tested it multiple times. If you launch the game while the phone is unfolded, it's all pixelated and blurry. Hope this helps!

While its great that everyone wants to help the author, this thread was posted back in October of 2021 and it's unlikely that the OP is still checking it well over a year later in the hopes of finally getting a reply.
