- Graphics card driver updated

- Game boost on (outside of game of course)

- The rest of the game plays good and fast - in and out of combat

BUT:

Wildy lag is sooo terrible I can't complete quest - even in LOWEST resolution

I'd love any pointers you might have!

Could it be it's just lagging the first few times you're there because it's loading all the new assets? If you run zigzag around wilderness to cover most of the area, and then restart your client, you should see an increase in performance.

It's also worth checking your particle and lighting settings, as from what I've heard the Wilderness utilises new lighting and particle systems. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Thanks - that's why I have my lighting and all graphics down to minimum. Which didn't work sadly.

I'll try your suggestion - running around then restarting client.
