Can not Withdrawl Noted Items!

randomly this morning out of the blue my bank just decided that it was not going to allow me to get any items, logs, sharks, etc any item, will not go in my bag Noted, yes I have it checked the Bank notes are Highlighted, I have submitted a bug report as its only thing I could think of but have recieved no replies, is there like a option in the settings somewhere or a button I could have pressed to have disabled the abiility to receive notes from the bank? when I use magic paper I can note items, but anything in the bank coming out, not working.

The only time i've heard of this happening is if you're in the equipment view of the bank, and trying to withdraw items.

I just tested that and nothing came out noted. Switching back to inventory let the items be withdrawn noted.

Is this what is going on, or something different? Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
