Hi,

I was doing some quests and after the third quest i logged out for the many hours in game time and planning to login again.

But when i want to login again is my Runescape laucher not loading.
So i cannot go back in the game.

Can someone help me plz.

Hi there, Same issue here .. I was playing as usual and logged out .. Next day when i tried to play, the game was very laggy so i tried uninstalling and re-installing the client .. Now it doesn't even let me get to the login (username password) screen (the launcher gets stuck in the downloading interface after the configuration load) and i get a message saying "Error Downloading 13,18".. Please reply if you get solutions from anywhere .. TIA

same issue. My client is stuck at - Downloading client phase for a long time.
Please fix My farming crops are not growing even after the expected time. This has been going on for a while.Please help as soon as possible. :)

there seems to be the same issue with me. since 15th of Jan 2022 I am noticing a very high ping 150+ to 400 on most of the worlds..
I usually used to get around 110-120 ping on most of the EU worlds but they all were 250+ since then.

Today as of 17th Jan I am not even able to load the client.
I did an uninstall thinking it might fix it
but now the runescape site is loading very slowly and not even able to download runescape getting very low speeds of 1-2 kbps.

Tested my internet its working fine every other streaming platforms and sites load getting this issue only with runescape.

I'm having the exact same issue now all of a sudden, this morning.
I've not had this problem until now this year at least, hopefully I'll be able to log on today.

Firewall isn't the issue plus internet is working fine on my end.

Thursday January 27, 2022; doing some wc at fossil island and alt doing fletch at g.e until update. That update crashed the launchers and been doing 9h30 to 11:30 am (Atlantic hours) no source of launcher reconections. any ressource can help. if too long gonna contact my internet furnisher.
