I am trying to start the New Foundations quest, but the start portal is not interactable. Only has walk here option, and my character cant even walk on it.
Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. I tried hopping worlds/going to a far loadstone and coming back/logging, nothing helped.
I also filed a bug in game.
