I have had continued issues with my client crashing over the last week. I usually am skilling, most frequently with combat dummies but it happens during quests too. Not sure its an in-game bug.
I have done the following
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the client
- Updated Drivers and OS
- Ran virus scans and other security scans
- Cleared Cache, with reinstall
- Tried different worlds
- Tried lowering graphics settings
Could you let us know which game you are having issues with? I'm assuming Rs3 but I want to make sure. Does OSRS work fine or do you also have issues?

Correct, for me, RS3 on Windows. OS works, occasional lags but nothing like this -- full on stops and kicks out. I can also play other games without seeing this.

Tried to do Rush of Blood for a couple hours yesterday afternoon to finish area achievements, but this wasn't having it.
Crash error which totally shut the client down after a brief crash that had again taken it to log in screen this morning: "The instruction at 0x %p referenced memory at 0x %p. The memory could not be %s (c0000005)"
I wiped everything related to RS3, reinstalled again today, downloaded cache fresh (about 40 minutes), reset graphics (another 15 minutes).
Everything looked good, seemed to be working smoothly. Played about an hour (which is longer than I had been going). In the middle of a clue, solving a puzzle box and it crashed again out to login screen. No error message yet this time.
Hi, I am having the same problems - windows operating system - as from 19th Oct - I keep getting disconnected from the game every 4 mins - have reset computer & reinstalled runescape but same probs - does anyone have any suggestions - thx
I have been receiving the same error code as others mentioned - "The instruction at 0x %p referenced memory at 0x %p. The memory could not be %s (c0000005)" Hopefully they fix the situation soon. It seems this has happened in the past.
hi, Im using windows 10 - RS3 - legacy mode - constant freezing of game play and being booted out of the game & problems with logging in - only happening on RS - no probs on any other site or with wifi - has been happening since October - have reinstalled RS several times but it has made no difference
