I am currently not able to see kili to begin the quest. I am unsure if thats normal and I'm just not aware of what to do to see him but there is no npc dot on my map nor him floating around the place.

You need 20 necromancy for her to appear. Looks like you're only a couple levels away from that. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
