I have been having a hella hard time trying to add exceptions.

Me..windows 10 and up to date
Java not installed

Java.exe
JagexLauncher.exe
*.runescape.com
RuneScape.exe
rs2client.exe
osclient.exe

is the 3rd line a misprint ?

the asterisk (star) is a wildcard, so any subdomain at runescape.com should be valid, I'm curious though why you have Java.exe when you say Java isn't installed... Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;
Do you think I should get off the tracks?

You didn't say what version of the game you are trying to run but based on your list of entries for the firewall exceptions I'll guess both. The current version of RuneScape, also known as RS3, no longer runs on Java so Java isn't needed for it. Old School RuneScape does run on Java but Java is included with the official OSRS client for Windows so you don't need to download and install Java separately. I am not familiar enough with osclient.exe to tell you if you need Java installed for that one or not.

All I play is RS3

do I still need to add ALL the above exceptions ?

I have the launcher exception..

I cant add the others by "copy/paste"

I cant type them in by hand.

There all exe files that for some reason I dont have.

Runescape.exe for 1, not too concerned about the exe files

I do not have "runescape" installed , just the launcher.

You've not explained why you are doing this. Are you getting an error message telling you your connection is blocked by a firewall? Usually on a typical Windows 10 computer on a home network firewalls aren't going to be a problem. Anyway, for the current client used for regular RuneScape I think you only need to be sure the following two programs aren't blocked:

C:\Program Files\Jagex\RuneScape Launcher\RuneScape.exe
C:\ProgramData\Jagex\launcher\rs2client.exe

ProgramData is normally a hidden folder.

There are 2 ways to get to the exceptions..

click on firewall advanced settings that leads to inbound/outbound rules..

click on firewall that asks for exceptions..

I have pics of both ,not sure how to copy them here..

what one should I be using ?

Should I have firewall and win defender turned off
