I use a Microsoft surface pro provided to me by my work. In my downtime, I also use it as a personal computer to do basic tasks on. This included playing OSRS through Runelite.
I have recently changed my account to a Jagex account, the 20 extra bank spaces was to good to ignore. However I'm unable to install any programs as I dont have admin privileges on my device.
Luckily with Runelite, you just downloaded and ran it without having to install it.
Now I'm unable to Log in and Play OSRS on runelite.
I have tried contacting Support, but there doesn't seem to be a direct email to support and the chat bot was getting confused.
Can someone please advise what options I have?
