Extremely Low Volume

The Volume for RS3 is so low that I can essentially not even hear it at all even when maxed out. This happens with my speakers and my headset. I have reset all my in game settings, reinstalled the game and the jagex launcher, made sure my audio mixer was at full volume, reinstalled my audio drivers, tried different audio enhancements in windows and nothing has helped at all. I have no problem with OSRS's volume and this is the only application on my computer I have this issue with. I dont have any issues with volume on the mobile app. If anyone has any other troubleshooting steps please let me know and im constantly missing audio queues when training and missing out on voice acted quests.
