Client crashes pc freezes

So when i log into ruenscape using the client it opens the game loads 13% and then freezes my ebrire pc. I cant go into troubleshooting control alt delete or anything. I recently updated my graphics card but it was working last night. Tried to open the game 3 times and it just conpletely freezes my pc Save Israel!

Do you have the latest graphics drivers for your new card?

Is your new graphics card installed directly in the PC motherboard, or is it connected via a riser/ribbon cable? I've had problems in the past with graphics cards on extenders. Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)

Thanks , yes all drivers ans cards are up to date with the newest graphics update. Its connected directly to the motherboard. I had this problem before when that client came out, where the client would crash and i had to rollback my graphics card driver whoch fized ot but made my other game run wonky so i didnt play rs until there was another update for graphics card Save Israel!

Is it Nvidia or AMD?

There have been problems on and off with the AMD drivers.

See this thread, for example:
AMD 23.8.1 crashed client

If you have an AMD graphics card, try downgrading the drivers to 22.5.1. Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)
