I have been unable to access the game for over a week at least. First I was caught in a never ending loop of updates that kept freezing and now after trashing everything and redownloading I get this error during installation.

Failed to access remote metafile

Write operation

Operating system error

Access denied

I am logged in as admin and have had no issues downloading other software. I am not using any VPN, firewall or antivirus software. I'm running Ventura 13.5 ( and yes I did a system update to see if that would solve it)

Any help would be appreciated, I'm getting tired of paying and not being able to play!
