IN GAME BUG!!!!!

I don't know where to post this but this has happened twice to me that I'm clicking fast glass blowing with lunar spells and then enter bank clicking fast and I click an item and it disappears completely! I lost blue leather, and another item I'm not sure but it went missing with a full bank with bank spacers on and then was able to withdrawal my whole inventory. wtf
