Game crashing

Hello guys, my client keeps crashing while trying to play two accounts, one on steam and the other through a log in with the client.

the game seems to freeze up for a second and then it force closes, is anyone else experiencing this and if so do you know a fix? currently I have tried

1. Clearing the cache
2. Re-installing the game client
3. playing low detail mode

( my pc isn't the problem as i have been able to run multiple clients for a long time )

problem only seemed to occur after the recent game downtime.
