I can't get the new launcher to run...

I have downloaded Microsoft edge and IE 11 and have both working ... can watch youtube vids on IE 11 but

i get message "the version of internet explorer on this machine is not supported. please upgrade and try again"

i have turn it off and back on again a few times now...

can only play my main now on phone witch is frustrating ... also never got the 40 bank slots added as promised so all this and get issues...

The 40 bank spaces is if you haven't previously used the Authenticator on the account you're linking. Otherwise, you'll receive 20 bank spaces.

The image you linked cannot be found (404 error), but it sounds like your web browser or operating system is outdated. Try updating to the latest version of Edge/Explorer and/or Windows and try again.

You can update your system by: Start > Settings > Windows Update , then select Check for updates.

You can update your Edge/Explorer browser by: Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/help). If the About page shows an update is available. Select Download and install to proceed.

Then, restart your machine and try loading the Launcher again.

If it still doesn't work after either of the above two updates, finally try to re-install the Launcher by first uninstalling it from: Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Then, redownload and run the Jagex Launcher .
