Jagex launcher wont load

Just upgraded to the jagex account and downloaded the jagex launcher. ones the launcher installer finishs downloading i click launch, when i do the installer screen goes white and doesnt go any further then that and the actual jagex launcher app doesnt load nor does it show it was installed. what should i do?
