Do jagex free up names

Heya,

Was just wondering, as there's no way for me to check the last logon of another player, do jagex ever force a name change on older inactive accounts to free up names?

The name i always go for is in use but appears to be inactive, id really like it but i can't find an answer to this in the general FAW

Any ideas?

Hey; currently there are no plans for Jagex to do another name release for now, per Mod Alex S.
