So, I am playing with jagex launcher -> Runelite.. Used Quest helper, I was doing the quest just like every else and then, at the point "pick up keg of beer in the longhall" I got it 1st time and on chat it said quest was completed. But it rolled back to that point I had to pick the keg from the table. And now even tho I am trying to do some steps before it, getting the firecracker to light it and put inside the pipe to make a distraction -> it doesnt work anymore, Manni tells me he dont like people who steals his beers.

And now I am stuck, can I somehow start this quest all over (if so, how do I cancel a quest?) or what should I do?

It does indeed sound like that step is bugged, You can always submit a bug report about the quest in which a JMod can take a look and apply a fix for ya here .
