hacked 2FA and PIN on. Thread is locked

I just tried to log in after a couple off weeks to check on my account, only to find i needed to recover it. It seemed very strange but i continieud anyway. Olny to find out when i log in all my stuff aprox 100-120M worth of object gone out of my bank.
My 2FA and bank pin are on and still someone got into my account. Eventhough my only authentication generator is on my phone.
How could this happen and is there i way i can get all my money/stuff back.
I am not very good at the game and played for almost 1000 hours to collect this stuff. Not getting it back would mean the end as i dont want to start over since i got hacked before.

if you had bank pin, then it was a phishing site. you must have typed your info somewhere.

and no jagex wont refund items

Maybe they gained access to your account through a linked account. Linked accounts allow you -- or a hijacker, for that matter -- to log into the account without having to enter the password and/or the Authenticator.

I have written a small guide to check for linked accounts. If you recognize them, it's paramount that you completely secure them following the instructions on the Security tips Support article. If you do not recognize them, immediately remove them as they may have been the reason why someone gained access to your account.

Other than that, if you haven't already done so, the best thing you can do now is to Upgrade your RuneScape character to Jagex account for better security features. Furthermore, I'd follow the advice enumerated here Security tips and here Security advice for optimal security settings.
