I made a thread about this earlier and I know that it's said bans are final after an appeal is denied. I was hoping to talk to someone though because it was not me who made the appeal. The hijacker who stole the account made the appeal and if it is possible I would very much appreciate if it could be taken a second look at. I don't know what was said in the second appeal, but I would like it if I had a chance to appeal it myself. The account username is Mleme.

Unfortunately if the appeal was denied then that is usually final. You can try to create another ticket but these forums are not meant for ban disputes. Here is a thread regarding hijacked accounts.
