accounts locked cannot recover

hi there i have gone to log in one day to my main and found that my account is locked, i go to recover by using the username and pass, it says an email will be sent to my email to change the password etc, but dont recieve an email. so i manually try recover using the support page, and put all the account details in correctly as i am the creator back in march, and send the recovery request and then i receive an email about 5 min later saying your request has been denied? i dont understand how this works when i am the orignal owner and have all the details correct, could a mod please review the request please ive tried a handful of times now and im getting worried i wont be able to play my main again

my mains rsn is lessssshgo
any help would be much appreciated

Hello,

If the appeal was denied this is usually because the mod who reviewed the information did not find enough concise information to verify ownership. You can try to reach a mod on Twitter by tagging @JagexSupport with your inquiry however once denied, if you cannot provide any more information then you will not get the account. Things that help with verifying ownership is being as specific as possible with the details of the account creation, what ISP, location, payment method first used, etc.

These forums are more for community led help than JMod support, for that you'd submit a ticket, which you did. Best of luck.
