I stopped playing sometime around 2007 or so. During the time I quit playing and and returning about a month ago my account was compromised. At that time Authenticators weren’t an option. Whoever took the account was reported and muted for website advertising. The 4 offenses for the mute on the account are over 10 years old, dated from 15-Apr-2013 to 16-Apr-2013. After I recovered my account and added an Authenticator I appealed these offenses. Two of them were granted and stated the mute would be lifted. The other two which were submitted with similar appeal text were denied.

I’ve been paying and put in a good amount of time and now money for premier membership believing I wasn’t muted in OSRS. Please let there be some other option besides starting over, just so I can communicate with people in game.
