I have tried several times to request a password reset link to my outlook email account associated with this account I forgot the password but I dont receive any email.
I have checked my spam folder and I have added "[email protected]" to my contact list.
I am 100% sure there is something wrong and there is nothing I can do to fix this problem.
I really need this reset link to get my account back. Please help me to find a solution.
Check also that your email doesn't have Jagex emails on its block list.
If you absolutely cannot get the password reset email to arrive, you will have to do a recovery on your RuneScape account and force a change of registered email to a different email.
