If Jagex/JMods did confirm you being involved in RWT, it is Jagex's decision, it will be Jagex's decision, about what to do.

At the end of the day, we all are able to 'make use/lend' a piece of digital property that belongs to Jagex/JMods, but when rules are broken Jagex/JMods are free to retrieve that piece of digital property from you, for whatever reason.
You, or me, as any other player, have no say in this.

Rules are simple, to be found on every webpage about '
Rules of RuneScape
' and '
Terms & Conditions
', about what our limits are.

You will not get your account back ... but you are more than welcome to create a new account and keep yourself, in the future, to said rules set by Jagex/JMods.

But I was never involved in anything. They just THINK I'm selling or doing something on my account and just ban? It has no feeling. They do not 'think'.

Jagex/JMods gather enough 'ingame evidence', as well as other evidence, that will prove you being invoved in RWT. After that they will deliberate about actions they are going to take against accounts involved in RWT.
If you wanna prove the opposite you might as well take your case to court to prove that Jagex/JMods are wrong, taking your own evidence to court.
Here on The RuneScape Official Forums or other RuneScape Social Media, Jagex/JMods will not be going to argue nor debate about said penalty applied to your account.

if they have evidence why do they never show it? they never think about the players so that's why the RS3 became that. Jagex/JMods do show evidence in court when a judge is asking them to deliberate.

Jagex/JMods do anything possible for The RuneScape Community ... that's why Jagex/JMods do fight RWT, to shield Jagex/RuneScape/RuneScape Community from RWT'ers.
