Cannot unlink Twitch account

As the title states, I cannot unlink my Amazon Twitch account from my Runescape account. I tried to link it today which prompted a screen telling me that an account is already linked to my Twitch account. I unlinked the account on Twitches end but after logging into all my Runescape accounts, not one of them is linked to my Amazon account.

I have tried using the Jagex support pages but they don't offer an answer. I cannot contact Jagex regarding the issue so this is my next best bet to try and get this issue resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

Start off by getting a list of all your RuneScape accounts through the Forgotten login support page.
Try the 'Email Reminder' button on that page first.
If that doesn't help, use the 'Contact Us' button lower down the page.

The Amazon Prime Gaming link needs to be linked (or unlinked) from both ends.
You need to have login access to the linked RuneScape account in order to unlink it as the process is controlled by the player.
