Please consider unbanning this account so I can update it to a jagex account to further increase security. My account was hijacked and used as a zulrah gold farm. No matter how much protection I put on it, it would still get hijacked. I had just put membership back on the account a few weeks before it was banned, and only logged in at that time to make sure my bank and equipment weren't gone. Fastforward to February I try to login to check my bank and I'm told my account has been banned. I'm not sure how with a bank pin/authenticator/and a freshly changed password. My guess is that a mod sold my info for money. Please some mod that's reading this help!!

Hi!

When it comes to Macroing, which I'm guessing is what happened here, Jagex does practice zero tolerance on that line. Macroing bans don't happen at the same time as detection, so it might be what's happened here. You might want to give this thread a quick look for any questions regarding macroing bans.

Now, since you're saying that it seems like you keep getting your account hacked, it could be that you may have a keylogger on your device. It is worth noting that Jagex also do check for hijacker activity on accounts as part of the ban review process. If possible, you might be able to appeal the ban. If it's not successful, then sadly, that's the end of that particular account.

If you want to prevent it from happening again, you will need to secure your device. this thread on banned accounts also has tips on how to secure your device. Although, if it's a particulary stubborn keylogger, you may have to back up your data, wipe your storage, and re-install your operating system and client(s).

It sounds like your hijacker had set up a back door login to your account, meaning they had linked up their own third party account.
Check the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management. Unlink any accounts you see are linked. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.

When a third party linked account is used, it bypasses your password and Authenticator.
