Who can be contacted after receiving a RWT warning that was not there. You once banned my account, then gave it back without any items and gp. During this time I created a new account, borrowed money and receive a warning message. Do you have a receipt showing that I paid for the gold I got in the game? Well, I don't think so! So why am I getting this ridiculous warning? How do you get in touch with someone from you who deals with this? There is no contact option on this page?
Or maybe you treat buying bonds as RWT, after all, it's nothing more than buying gold with real money?

I am asking for your position on this matter. I have come to the conclusion that there is no point in supporting Jagex and using your products any longer, and so today I am done with this game and with your company. Handing out bans and then getting your account unbanned without any items is your specialty.

@ProMateusz, for 20+ years Jagex/JMods have to deal with RWT damaging Jagex/RuneScape/RuneScape Community and for that long Jagex/JMods have been doing research/investigations about RWT-ers and their network(s). As a result of RWT, Jagex/JMods did come up with the '
Rules of RuneScape
' & '
Terms & Conditions
' where they have been warning the gaming community to stay away from RWT. For many years Jagex/JMods have been communicating warnings upon warnings that the risks/stakes are extreme high and Jagex/JMods do everything to get these networks/people taken down forever.

'
Jagex/JMods are having an absolute zero-tolerance policy right now.
'

If you as a player become connected to this network of RWT Jagex/JMods will take action once they have enough evidence gathered to make it stay in court, being useful in a court-case.

If you lose an account due to RWT that account is lost forever.

You are free to make a new account, nevertheless once caught for RWT you are on Jagex's Radar which will not fade away. If, with the creation of a new account, you again will not check where you are lending/do borrow your money from, chances are high being banned again, but you can get a warning message ahead.
Jagex/JMods are able to trace the origin from your account-wealth. If it is again from RWT ... you know what will happen.

If your account is connected to RWT, once Jagex/JMods will take action, they are taking all wealth/items from said account, that are obtained with RWT. One of many measures taken by Jagex/JMods.

Jagex/JMods make sure nobody gets away with wealth/items obtained by RWT.

So when I borrowed something from a friend who, as it turned out, had a RWT tag, now I can't give him back the borrowed things (I got a warning), because if I do, I'll get a perm ban?
And buying bonds with real money and selling them in the game is also RWT. So we're all in the "Bonds (legal) RWT Jagex" network?

The money borrowed by a friend with a RWT-history, no, said money becomes untradeable at least better let it be 'untouched' sitting in your bank forever or drop it somewhere nobody is able to retrieve it from.

Buying bonds is nothing wrong with, if you use those to play RuneScape with.

If you decide to come-up with a moneymaking mechanic with bonds, that is considered by Jagex/JMods RWT, Jagex/JMods might take action against it.

Maybe one of the mods will chime in. I'd like proof that I'm owed a warning. You spend time and money on the game and some mod comes along and gives you a warning or a ban because it feels like it. without any evidence!
And I expect an answer to the question: Why do you ban the account for no reason, then give it back without the items that have been accumulated on it for years?
Do you mean to create new accounts and pay for membership because you don't have enough money?

Hi there
ProMateusz

The first ban removal was part of a Jagex initiative to remove old macroing bans and allow accounts back into the game.
Accounts were unbanned without an appeal but all wealth was removed.
The original macroing offence would have been confirmed as occuring on the account and may or may not have been owner committed. The account would not have been banned "for no reason" as Jagex never does that. You could say the account was unbanned for no reason.

A RWT warning message occurs after the account has received the benefit of a RWT. It usually means the account owner has unwittingly accepted RWT money from another player. You can thank whomever you borrowed the gp from for the warning. :@
If Jagex believed you bought the gp, they would have banned your account, not warned it. They can see the movement of the gp from RWTs. It's fairly easy for them to track.

You have a sick policy. An accusation without a right to a defense is the first. Second, I can't borrow anything from anyone or anyone, e.g. a sword?
The money I borrowed from a friend can't be returned because you won't allow it?
You write that jagex doesn't ban without a reason. Well, you're wrong. On reddit and youtube there is information about how you banned a streamer with autism for using a bot while she was streaming everything live.
If I borrowed gold from the same person 3 times, and if your "specialists" continue to sniff around this spray, can I expect a ban on my account in a few days or weeks? Because one of the "specialists" will want it and that's it. You can't defend yourself because jagex has the power and the user can create an account and continue to pay you money.

And finally, how is it with bonds, is it not RWT when I buy an item with real money that I can exchange for gold in the game?

@ProMateusz, like it or not Jagex/JMods are owners of this '
Digital Property
' and you are not.
With making an account and start playing you agreed upon the '
Rules of RuneScape
' including agreed with '
Terms & Conditions
' as where the latter fully explains what Jagex/JMods are allowed to do without your consent.
Like it or not but you have to comply with these rules and stick to it in order to not get in troubles.
Argueing about your experience and what is written in those rules is superfluous. You agreed with all of it in the beginning.
