Jagex account year resume

My Jagex account has an X number of accounts and I have only received the year resume on one of those accounts, curiously is the one I least play.

I have been searching on the Jagex account options and every options is toggled on. Also, I have searched online regarding on what people say about this "issue" and there are several people that have the same problem as me.

If anyone has any information about this, can someone let me know if I am missing anything or if in time I will receive the resume on all the other accounts?

All the emails I get from Jagex are all regarding the same account that I least play.

I've been reading about said issue 'not receiving emails from Jagex'. If players have used emailaddresses that were known when having a 'RuneScape account' these addresses could have been deleted from their lists, Jagex data.
